24-Hour Emergency Service and Installations:
Most equipment seems to fatigue during the coldest and warmest weather, usually when they’re working the hardest for you. With Advanced Heating and Cooling as your support team you can rest easy. Whether it be during the daytime, or the middle of the night we’re here for your convenience. We’ll always be there for you quickly to provide emergency service and/or installations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Flat Rate Pricing
We use a flat-rate pricing on all service repairs. All repair prices are quoted to you up-front for your approval prior to beginning any work so there are never any surprises.
Preventative Maintenance Programs:
For one small yearly (or monthly) fee you are sent to the front of the line. No more worries about having to get home to keep within the working hours of a service company. To show our appreciation we work super hard to satisfy you year-round as one of our R.S.A. (Residential Savings Agreement) customers. Never pay a diagnostic fee ever again and always experience daytime rates minus a 15% discount, all extended to you 24 hours a day; 7 days a week. This means that whenever you call us for service you will receive our prompt response at a discounted rate.
Facilities:
Proudly based in the same location for over 20 years were just footsteps away from the four corners of Penfield, and just two minutes from 490. We operate with a friendly and efficient office staff dispatching our men throughout Monroe County and the surrounding areas.
Fleet:
With several service and installation vehicles on the road we are efficient, available, and reliable. Each truck is stocked with a complete supply of parts and equipment to handle most every service call.
With the most comprehensive training in the industry we employ N.A.T.E (North American Technician Excellence) Certified Technicians, who receive continuing education from manufacturer product training seminars, manufacturer service bulletins, and other industry related sources.
This assures you, our customers, that the technicians working in your home are highly qualified with up-to-date training and knowledge of all different brands of heating, cooling and indoor air quality equipment.
Service technicians and Installers:
All Advanced services technicians and installers attend in depth factory training so we are sure they possess the skills necessary to make you a satisfied customer. Advanced technicians learn on the same equipment in the classroom that is in your home. Our installers and technicians take their careers seriously and take pride in constantly furthering their knowledge base from industry related recourses.
Fully insured: Advanced Heating and Cooling carries full General Liability and Workman’s Compensation with limits that exceed residential job requirements.
Completion Certificates:
No job is complete until an entire quality assurance report is completed in detail, explained and reviewed with you the homeowner. Once you have a full understanding of your new equipment and are entirely satisfied do we consider the job complete.
Financing:
We provide multiple quick, in-home financing options for most of the work we do.
