Thank you so much for coming out to my grandparents to look at the furnace. I know you didn't have to do that and you took time out of your probably already busy day. There were very few, if any, other companies that would do such an act of kindness. Your knowledge about boilers and also practical counsel about the situation as a whole was such a blessing. A few days before Christmas, we experienced the event that every homeowner and parent dreads: our old furance died, it was frigid, and our toddler was already sick. Due to the economy we were unsure how much we should spend, but we needed to act quickly for our daughter's sake. Michael D'Andrea took time away from his family that evening to patiently discuss the pros and cons of different models and answer every question that we had. Once we made our decision, we soon had a new, energy-efficient furnace that works beautifully and gives us great peace of mind. Michael and the team that installed our furnace were very professional and courteous. Michael continued to answer our questions and worked proactively with us to help us configure our heating system for our house. He moved the thermostat to a better place and gave us several tips to help us equalize the temperature in our home.

There are many places that we can choose to buy a furnace, but we are very thankful that we chose Advanced. The combination of a great product, a solid warranty and knowledgeable professionals standing bhind it will keep us coming back. Thanks for turning that dreaded situation into such a positive experience.

I just had the pleasure of having your service technician Mike stop by our home to inspect our air conditioning unit. Another local company made the installation and has performed the servicing on the system since its installation seven years ago.

The service technician from that company indicated that the outdoor coil needed to be replaced. The circumstances surrounding the situation seemed suspect to us and we called your office for a second opinion of the system's condition.

Mike was cordial, thorough and very clear in explaining his findings. Fortunately, the system is not in need of replacement at this time. He even took time to adjust the speed of the blower motor so that evaporation could work more effectively.

When our system next needs servicing, we will be sure to give you our business. I appreciate very much his willingness to be both helpful and honest.

On September 14 I called to report that my un-serviced air conditioner made a terrible sound - and had only been used three days.

You kindly sent a repairman - at no cost to me - to check my unit. I want you to know how much that meant to me - to know that I have dealt all these years with a company that exemplifies such integrity is truly heart warming.

I do want to personally thank you for stopping by and for your candor and honesty with your approach. As a Senior Buyer and 15+ years in purchasing, I have met a lot of individuals (sales people and engineers) and you learn a lot on how to read a person, but there is no doubt in my mind that I was impressed with your knowledge, your mannerism/approach, and your professionalism. As I might have mentioned, and as you would expect I am sure, we are getting a few different quotes from around the area, but I will tell you that you set a high bar for them to meet.

I just wanted to send a note telling you that the change you made with the temperature sensor at the water heater has worked wonders.  We have tried everything except running every single user of hot water at one time, which is something we simply would never do any way, and the system has performed very well.  Thank you.
